Wadi Exotics

How We Work

The Export Process

Every shipment follows a structured, legally-compliant process — from your initial inquiry to successful delivery. No shortcuts. No compromises.

We operate strictly within international legal frameworks.

Wadi Exotics holds all required Egyptian export licenses and works exclusively with importers who hold valid permits in their jurisdiction. We will not proceed with any transaction that does not meet full legal requirements on both ends.

01

Inquiry & Species Selection

Submit your inquiry through our quote form or contact us directly. Our team reviews your import license and legal credentials, then confirms species availability from current stock.

Response within 48 hours. Species availability confirmed in real time.

02

Documentation & CITES Compliance

We manage all export permits, CITES Appendix documentation, health certificates, and origin declarations. Every shipment leaves Egypt fully documented and legally cleared.

We handle: CITES export permits, veterinary health certificates, origin documentation, import pre-notification.

03

Professional Handling & Preparation

Specimens are prepared by experienced handlers. Appropriate enclosures, climate conditions, and feeding protocols are maintained throughout the preparation period to ensure safe transit.

All animals are health-checked by a licensed veterinarian before shipping.

04

Logistics & Shipping Coordination

We partner with specialized exotic animal freight forwarders who understand IATA Live Animals Regulations. Temperature-controlled transport and direct routing minimize transit time.

IATA-compliant packaging. Direct flight routing prioritized. Live tracking provided.

05

Delivery to Partner

Upon arrival, you receive full documentation for customs clearance at your end. Our post-delivery support ensures any issues are resolved promptly, and we follow up on animal welfare after transit.

Post-delivery check-in at 48 hours. Long-term supplier relationship, not a one-off transaction.
